RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Prophetic Justice. We take pride in creating apparel that represents purpose, boldness, and conviction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain Prophetic Justice products may be offered for pre-order before inventory is available for immediate shipment.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that your order will not ship immediately. Any estimated production or shipping timeframe provided on our website is an estimate and may be affected by manufacturing, shipping, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Please ensure that you select the correct size, color, quantity, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because pre-order purchases reserve inventory and may enter production based on customer demand, pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, pre-orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded due solely to a change of mind.

If we are unable to ship your pre-order within the estimated shipping timeframe provided at the time of purchase, we will notify you of the delay and provide an updated estimated shipping timeframe. You will have the option to accept the revised timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped pre-order for a full refund, when required by applicable law.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept eligible returns or exchanges within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of wear
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

SIZING

Please carefully review the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

Because our apparel may feature unisex, oversized, or specialty fits, customers are responsible for selecting their preferred size based on the measurements provided.

If you ordered the incorrect size, you may request an exchange within the 14-day return period, subject to inventory availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the incorrect size was sent by Prophetic Justice.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to receive your order exactly as intended.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Prophetic Justice will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the error is ours or the merchandise is confirmed to be defective.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items showing signs of use
  • Items without original tags, when applicable
  • Personalized or custom-made merchandise
  • Final-sale or clearance merchandise clearly marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

REFUNDS

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank, credit card company, or payment provider additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Prophetic Justice or the product arrived damaged or defective.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Prophetic Justice is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Please do not send a return without first contacting us for return authorization and return instructions.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

A shipping delay alone does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. However, if an order is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
