PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to eligible purchases made through special purchase options offered by Prophetic Justice, including products specifically identified as pre-orders.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours after the order is placed.
To request cancellation, contact us through the contact information provided on our website and include your order number.
If an eligible cancellation request is received within the 24-hour period, we will cancel the order and issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
After 24 hours, a pre-order may be committed to inventory, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment and is therefore considered final with respect to change-of-mind cancellations.
This cancellation restriction does not eliminate any rights you may have under applicable law or our policies regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled merchandise.
CHANGES TO PRE-ORDERS
Requests to change the size, color, quantity, or other product selection should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, but changes are subject to product and inventory availability and cannot be guaranteed.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If your shipping address changes before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update an order that has not entered fulfillment. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or transferred to the shipping carrier.
PRODUCTION OR FULFILLMENT DELAYS
Pre-order fulfillment dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
If a significant delay occurs, Prophetic Justice may provide updated fulfillment information and any cancellation or refund options required under applicable law.
PROPHETIC JUSTICE CANCELLATIONS
In rare circumstances, Prophetic Justice may need to cancel a purchase because of inventory shortages, production problems, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.
If Prophetic Justice cancels an order after collecting payment and the order has not been fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
This cancellation policy does not replace our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers who receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise should follow the procedures contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
OTHER PURCHASE OPTIONS
If Prophetic Justice introduces subscriptions, recurring purchases, deposits, try-before-you-buy arrangements, or other purchase options in the future, additional cancellation terms may apply and will be disclosed before purchase.
