3. PRE-ORDERS
Some Prophetic Justice merchandise may be sold on a pre-order basis.
A pre-order allows you to purchase or reserve merchandise before it is available for immediate shipment.
Pre-order customers understand that:
- Pre-order merchandise will not ship immediately.
- Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Manufacturing, customs, transportation, carrier, weather, or other delays may affect estimated delivery dates.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing information before ordering.
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24-hour cancellation period, pre-orders may enter our inventory, production, or fulfillment process and generally cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without notice. However, a price change will not alter the purchase price of an order that has already been successfully completed, except where permitted by law to correct an obvious error.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed when required during checkout.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no merchandise has been provided, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.
